Steinway & Sons pianos will normally undergo complete restoration with genuine Steinway parts. These instruments are rebuilt to factory standards by Greg Depner, owner of Montana Piano and skilled rebuilder since 1980, with factory training from Steinway & Sons in New York City; C. Bechstein in Berlin, Germany; Mason & Hamlin in Boston and Yamaha in Los Angeles.
